The beaches of Benidorm are borderline average according to swimmers
The beaches of the municipality of Benidorm have received a grade of 6.9 during last summer, according to the results of a poll conducted by City hall among swimmers.
The beaches of the municipal term of Benidorm have received a note of 6,9 during the last summer, according to the results of a poll realized by the Town hall between the swimmers and users of the same ones.
Almost average for the beaches of the capital of the Costa Blanca. The best evaluations correspond to the quality of the sand with a 9.3, the foot washer 8.3 and cleanliness an 8.
Also, one in every four users questioned admitted that they always go to the same place to take in some rays and swim and that they don’t really know much about other beaches.
The poll also showed that 78% of people polled liked to go to the Levante beach while only 20% liked the Poniente beach.
One of every two users frequents the beaches daily, 77.6% does it once a week and more than 90% doesn’t know about the existence of the coves of the Serra Gelada.
The favourite activities of the users in the beach are swimming with 85.5%, sun bathing at 70.3%, walking 50.2%, and practicing sports 33.5%.
These percentages vary on the opinions of Spaniards who prefer swimming and sun bathing while foreigners enjoy games and sports.
